Christmas | Frisco TX Family Photographer
Christmas is in the air...lights are shining, trees are popping up, and stockings are being hung. I love this time of year! Rachel, thanks for inviting me into the craziness of your day. We managed to get some good shots, even if everyone and everything wasn't cooperating at the same time! Hopefully the washer is fixed, Grant's letter is mailed, Sarah is fed, and you are able to get some well deserved rest. :)

Thanksgiving
In this already very busy season, I felt that it was important to take a minute and remember some of the things that I have to be thankful for. God has blessed me with a beautiful family. He gave me a mother who cooks all my favorites when I am home, because she is my mom, and talks to me almost daily on the phone, because she is my friend. He sent me a dad who loves his girls and enjoys taking care of us. Of course, I am also thankful for my dad who isn't close enough, but is still near and dear to my heart. God has given me the opportunity to pursue something that I love. I am so grateful that my business has grown so much that I can barely keep up! My friends are always there to make me laugh or lend a hand. The list could go on and on... Thank you, God, for everything you are and do and for never giving up on your children.

I am blessed to get to take pictures of these adorable kiddos on a regular basis, but I only get mom and dad once a year. This year, Nana even joined in on the fun. (Although she wasn't too excited about it. LOL!) The awesome hats are always one of the things I look forward to the most about these sessions. I especially love that my job allows me to meet and become friends with such wonderful people.

I met this family last year and I was so excited to see them again! That is definitely one of the perks of my job. Their sweet spirits were something that I noticed right away. Little Miss "A" was so cute. She knew just how she wanted everyone posed. Her long thick hair was just as gorgeous as it was last year. :)
