Spring Wild Flower Sessions | McKinney Frisco Allen TX Family Photographer

One of the things I love best about this area are all the wildflowers that grow in fields and along the roadside.  I have learned, though, that you can't always depend on them being there the next time.  I had spotted the perfect patch to take my girls and some one mowed them down before I made it out there.  Uuugh!!!  Thankfully there were plenty of flowers for these sessions.

I love maternity sessions.  Glowing moms, excited dad's, curious siblings and of course, the knowledge that a newborn session is likely soon to follow!  This session fit the bill perfectly.  Although this beautiful mom loves all things sports and has enjoyed her life with "the boys" she is really excited about getting to do all things pink and frilly soon!

It is so much fun getting to watch a newborn reach each milestone that first year.  It seems like yesterday I was doing maternity pictures and here she is, one session away from her first birthday.  It was a dreary morning and her mood seemed to match the weather, but peek-a-boo brought out the smiles.  Miss P is already busy standing and crawling....I can't wait to see what our next session holds!
